A clean place with great housekeeping service every day. the location is fantastic, and the staff here are really kind 😊. Plus, it's just 1 km from the airport.

the suite i got was complete with ac. a shower, a hairdryer, and guest toiletries were a plus.

Stayed in double room with excellent daily housekeeping which was perfect for me. A safe box and a kitchen were appreciated. The staff were very responsive and professional and had a sense of humour. I liked the location that was central and not far from a lake, port and less than 10min walk to the ferry.

No complaints here. They serve a basic breakfast with milk, nothing fancy but it does the job. the service was top-notch during our whole stay, making everything just right. 👌.

Everything was good, including accommodating staff and magnificent location close to the ferry station. The view from the balcony of our reasonably spacious room was good. Included climate control, multi-channel TV and a dining area, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was short walk to port, shops and supermarket and all the touristy areas and the nice walks along the front, main taxis and ferry terminals and dive shops, restaurants and ferry terminal. Dined at El Chino Marinero, it was within a close distance from the venue.

The units are huge with AC, a very comfortable bed, and a fan. the setting is excellent, next to the center of Cozumel and main beaches. the services are good, including a lovely pool.

I truly enjoyed well cleaned room here.

Had a really great stay here. Located in the nice zone, it was a great base for one night. The location was marvelous and unbeatable: a supermarket and shops were within walking distance. The employees were nice.

The breakfasts here are served with milk, and it's conveniently located in the downtown area near main taxis, ferry terminal, and the main tourist area, making it easy to reach an art museum.

The room was huge and modern, equipped with a refrigerator. the hotel's location is very practical, being right by ferry terminals and the main tourist area on the Malecon. There are many restaurants, a liquor store, and the ferry terminal nearby.

My favorite property in Cozumel. Convenient budget hotel with amazing views over the town & sea. - Absolutely perfect, favourable location from there to the main beaches. - Near tasty eateries as well as the ferry station. - Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus climate control, multi-channel TV, and a dining area.

I've had a wonderful stay of 9 nights. Everything was perfect, loved my stay there. - the location was good and easy with a ferry port walking distance to the accommodation. - This hotel was in a beautiful area. - All the staff were really wonderful and welcoming.
